For orders placed in the online shop, the valid price is the price that is displayed in the online shop price list at the time of the order. Rights to price changes reserved. All prices are in euros (EUR). The product prices shown in the online shop include the current value added tax.

5. Delivery Time and Method

If the product is in our warehouse, we will ship the product within 7 working days of the order being registered in our system. The products are delivered by post. The services are provided according to a pre-announced schedule.

There is always a separate agreement on product returns with the supplier. We ask the Customer to contact the supplier before returning the product.

7. Service Maintenance, Usability and Error Situations

The Seller will do their best to ensure that the e-commerce activities are correct and uninterrupted. The Seller has the right to suspend the e-commerce due to a change, reform or technical reason related to the online commerce, or due to the repair, installation or maintenance of the telecommunications network or other similar reason, or if required by legislation or other official regulation. The aim is to schedule the interruptions so that they do not cause unreasonable harm to the Customer.

The Seller shall not be liable for errors resulting from interruption of, or errors in, telecommunications connections or other telecommunications services provided by a third party. The Seller is also not liable for errors caused by the Customer’s use of the online shop in violation of instructions or regulations or otherwise caused by the Customer.

The Seller reports the force majeure on the website of the online shop as soon as it becomes apparent, if the notification is possible to make.

13. Changing Terms of Use and Delivery

The Seller has the right to change these terms of use and delivery of the online shop after notifying the trader of the changes in the online shop well before the changes enter into force.
