A transcript of records is subject to a fee if the student interrupts their studies or if the studies have ended. However, the student is entitled to receive one transcript free of charge, provided they have not received one earlier.
The transcript is free of charge if the student submits the resignation form to Student Services at the time of resignation.
We will send the certificates by e-mail within about a week of your order. During the payment stage, you can indicate in the “Order notes (optional)” field whether you would like the certificates to be sent also by surface mail.
